Soft Tones & Beige Aesthetic | Outfit

What to wear on a sunny day when it isn’t as warm? That was the question that popped into my mind on the day I knew I would be taking outfit photos. For once, I didn’t want to wear dark clothes. Most of my closet consists of dark colored clothing items (and tons of white shirts), so I grabbed some light colored pieces and put them together. That’s how this outfit was born! At first glance it’s the perfect soft tones outfit and fitting with the beige aesthetic.

Off White Sweater: MANGO | Beige Corduroy Pants: Pull & Bear

A white sweater is a staple everyone should have in their closet. I had a white sweater but the fabric was really scratchy and it bothered me so much. So, I replaced that one with this one! It might look thick in the photos but it’s actually great for a windy summer day because it is light weight. The fit of it is pretty loose with the big sleeves and I love that.

When I put this outfit together, I wanted to wear a these pants. Buying this pair I didn’t know what to expect. This was actually the first pair of looser fitted jeans I bought in a very long time. So, it was laying in my closet for sometime before I actually knew how I wanted to style and wear it. I know, I know, corduroy might not be the best fabric to wear during summer. But on colder summer days it’s fine. The texture of corduroy just looks good with the texture of the white sweater, so it doesn’t matter.

Bag: See by Chloé* | PUMA (collab with Selena Gomez): Sneakers

Since this outfit is all about the beige aesthetic, I had a look at my bag collection and picked the most fitting bag: my See by Chloé bag. If I picture a ‘cute’ bag in my mind, I see this one. When I first saw it, I was so intrigued. I think that’s because of the shape because it’s a squared camera bag (even though I can’t fit my camera in here). Chloé is a brand I have become to love more and more. So, when I found out they had a See by Chloé range with some more affordable items, I was so happy. The style of Chloé is very feminine and boho at the same time. A style I’ve been loving. This bag is very feminine but still looks tough given the shape. A unique bag I will wear so much, I just know it.

Sneakers are my to-go shoes. They are so easy to throw on and look good with any outfit, especially white ones. These white sneakers are a little different because of their suede beige accents on the sides. When taking these photos, it was my second time wearing them. So, you guessed it, I had the biggest blisters on my heels when I got home. Yay me!

Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

As for accessoires, I really like mixed metals in combination with beige. Both gold and silver look great with neutrals, so I thought: Why not mix my metals as well? Everyone knows I am all about the silver jewelry but I also own a couple gold pieces. Lastly, of course I am wearing sunglasses. I never leave the house without my sunglasses. These are a new pair I bought recently, just because. The sunglasses add some contrast to this outfit.

That completes this beige aesthetic outfit. Now that I think about it, this outfit is pretty out of my comfort zone. I mainly wear dark clothing items and skinny jeans. That’s not included in this outfit at all. 10 points for trying new outfits and actually liking them. Another one to add to my ‘to wear’ list. I always have specific outfits in mind so I don’t have to put something together in the morning. I just grab whatever I have worn before and liked, like with this outfit. Are you into beige outfits?
