Jewelry is something that makes every outfit. And to be honest, I always feel kind of ‘naked’ when I don’t wear any jewelry pieces. I don’t feel complete. So, how could I not once in a while dedicate a full post to jewelry? That’s what I asked myself when thinking what to write about. And here it is. I share some of my favorite brands and also jewelry pieces I am loving!

⌇ JEWELRY BRANDS ⌇

So many jewelry pieces by so many different jewelry brands. What started with me buying random jewelry pieces here and there, has evolved in me loving a couple specific jewelry brands. And of course I want to introduce you to these. There might be a jewelry brand in there you find your next jewelry piece from, which you’ll love. a. lot.

Ohana Jewels Shop

Etsy is a great platform to discover new, small brands. One of the brands I found on Etsy is Ohana. Ohana is a new comer brand, with simple, dainty but quite delightful and affordable jewelry, perfect for casual outfits. But also designed to fit the latest trends. It’s a family business located in Spain and all the jewels are crafted with love in their own atelier.

MIAB Jewels

A jewelry piece in a small bottle. It doesn’t get any cuter than that. MIAB Jewels is a sustainable brand based here in Holland, which I only discovered recently through Instagram. I fell in love with their fine jewelry pieces, which let me to buying a necklace and earrings from them. The pieces are high quality and the small bottles you receive them in, make it perfect to also gift to someone.

AUrate

At AUrate they have high standard. This might sound harsh but I don’t blame them. You want to be able to wear your jewelry pieces all the time and enjoy them for years. Each of their pieces is designed and handmade using ethically sourced and sustainably made 14K gold, 18K gold, and 14K gold-plated vermeil. AUrate is all about designing pieces for all woman and occasions, which you can recognize in all their jewelry pieces.

⌇ SPECIFIC JEWELRY PIECES ⌇

I wear jewelry on the daily bases. It’s a no brainer for me to grab some jewelry pieces while busy with my morning routine. Right now, I do have some specific jewelry pieces I prefer most:

Butterfly studs ♢ Oh my, I can’t even tell you how long I have been searching for a pair of butterfly studs. While searching I mostly found child butterfly earrings that I didn’t like the look of. And all of a sudden… they were there. The butterfly studs I had in my mind.

Ear lobe cuff ♢ So unique and so pretty. When I spotted this ear lobe cuff I was confused but it’s just wrapped around the ear lobe and just goes through one hole. Whenever I wear it, I always get compliments.

Diamond necklace ♢ A jewelry item I wear every single day has to be a necklace. I own a necklace that’s pretty special because it has a small diamond in it. It’s the perfect, minimalistic necklace for me.

Pearl earrings ♢ A classic pair of earrings everyone should have in their jewelry collection. For Christmas I got these very classic pearl earrings. They aren’t too big or too small, which makes them perfect to wear in combination with any other pair of earrings.

Infinity bracelet ♢ I have a love/hate relationship with bracelets. Some periods I wear them every single day and others I never wear them. Now it’s a love relationship because I wear my infinity bracelet (a Cartier look-a-like) every day.

There’s kind of a pattern with me buying jewelry pieces: it’s all fine jewelry. I love fine jewelry pieces because you can also combine different pieces with each other. Layering necklaces, small studs with earrings… My way of experimenting with jewelry. With me writing this blog post I have actually found some jewelry items that I will definitely put on my wish list.
